Production & Dispatch

All Mia Vita Living products are produced to order using our original artwork and designs.

Orders are sent into production shortly after purchase and are dispatched once production is complete.

Production times may vary depending on the product ordered and seasonal demand.

Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

We currently ship to UK delivery addresses only.

Estimated Delivery Times

Products are made to order. Estimated dispatch is within 5 business days, with shipping time additional. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and seasonal demand.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Couriers

We work with a range of trusted delivery providers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, FedEx, DHL and UPS.

The courier used for your order is determined by our fulfilment partners and cannot be selected during checkout.

Fulfilment Locations

Some products may be produced and dispatched from fulfilment facilities located outside the United Kingdom.

This will not affect your ability to place an order for UK delivery, although it may occasionally affect production or delivery times.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, peak seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.
